Our commitment
TJG Electrical Services Ltd aims to make this website accessible to the widest possible audience and to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 AA.
We aim to provide reasonable adjustments for disabled customers under the Equality Act 2010. If you need information in a different format or need an adjustment when arranging electrical work, please contact us.
What we have done
- Used semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive links.
- Provided keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Used readable text, sufficient colour contrast and responsive layouts.
- Added descriptive alternative text to meaningful images.
- Respected reduced-motion preferences and hidden the decorative moving icon when reduced motion is enabled.
- Kept cookie choices clear, equally prominent and available without implied consent.
Current accessibility status
The website has been reviewed internally against key WCAG 2.2 AA requirements but has not yet received an independent accessibility audit. We continue to test and improve it.
Third-party services introduced later, such as maps, chat tools or payment systems, may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We will consider accessible alternatives and reasonable adjustments where needed.
